In this melancholy landscape stand 5 houses, each with a unique character linked to the owners.

VOLCA had the privilege of imagining the interiors of two of these houses.

The subtlety was to blend into the surrounding natural landscape and to stay true to the spirit of the place.

The result is a meticulous approach to raw materials that makes it possible to create sustainable spaces, honest and readable material expression, and pure forms that suggest a contemplative environment.

Natural light is this project’s best ally : a light that passes through the foliage and magnifies the materials, the lines, and the details.
