H
Modular height-adjustable desk.
The gestures in front of a piece of furniture are multiples, subtle, shaped by the culture and the space that welcomes them. H was born from the desire to create a bridge piece between the East and the West, an object that invites encounter and mutual understanding through the language of the body and everyday rituals. It highlights the beauty of simple, unconscious movements, and their silent weight in our exchanges: the body lowering itself with ease, the way hands find their place on the surface, brushing, anchoring, dialoguing with the object. Here, every movement becomes meaningful, and every posture tells a story.
The name H was born from the meeting of a Western letter and the vision of an East Asian ideogram. It combines the geometric simplicity of the Latin alphabet with the symbolic depth of kanji, where each stroke carries meaning. Like a bridge between these two cultures, it embodies a form of writing that goes beyond words, towards a universal language of gesture and shape.
